conducting club tours and presenting the membership options that are right for them.You will:Achieve membership sales targets and KPIsRespond to membership enquiries and proactively follow up sales leadsGenerate new membership opportunities and convert enquiries into membershipsConduct engaging club tours and confidently present membership optionsBuild strong relationships with prospective and existing membersCreate a friendly, professional and welcoming experience for everyone who interacts with Level7Maintain accurate member and prospect information in the CRM systemSupport membership promotions, events and lead generation activitiesWork closely with the wider team to support the successful opening and ongoing growth of Level7Maintain a professional and welcoming club environmentYour Working HoursThis position will initially be based at our Support Office in Ryde while Level7 prepares for opening.Pre-opening period:Monday to Friday | 8:30am to 5:00pmDuring this period, you will focus on building the membership pipeline, following up leads, generating new memberships and preparing for the launch of Level7.Once Level7 opens:Level7 is expected to open in late October ****.
Following the club opening, your regular working days will transition to:Monday to Friday | Weekday hours to be discussedSaturday and Sunday | 8:00am to 5:00pm | Weekends will be shared with another Sales Representative, with the team alternating weekendsYour primary workplace will then be Level7 in Woonona.About YouWe are looking for someone who is naturally confident, personable and motivated by achieving results.You enjoy talking to people,



building relationships and turning opportunities into sales.
