Western Work Force – Sydney Northern Suburbs NSW is seeking an IT Support Technician - Level 1 on a full time contract.
The role provides IT support, applications install, troubleshooting networking/connectivity issues and administrative services to our client.Key duties include resolving incoming calls within SLA, user administration across AD, JD Edwards, MS Office 365, Exchange Online and Teams, and desktop/laptop deployment and repair.
