This role is pivotal to our business, as you will be responsible for identifying customer needs and recommending high-quality aftermarket products and services that enhance their vehicle ownership experience.
As an Aftermarket Sales Consultant, you will play a key part in driving sales revenue, building customer loyalty, and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor within our dealership.
This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic automotive setting where your sales expertise and product knowledge will directly impact our business success.Key responsibilitiesEngage with customers to understand their vehicle needs, preferences and budget constraintsRecommend appropriate aftermarket products including accessories, upgrades, maintenance services and protection packagesPrepare quotes and proposals for customers with detailed pricing and product specificationsProcess sales transactions accurately and efficiently whilst maintaining detailed customer recordsAchieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team sales goalsBuild and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referralsStay current with product inventory, features,
