About the role
We are looking for a Certificate III qualified Educator to join a Thrive room team.
You will work alongside experienced educators to deliver programs that support each child's learning, and to give every child individual attention, comfort and a real sense of belonging.
What you will do
Contribute to the planning, delivery and evaluation of educational programs aligned to the Early Years Learning FrameworkRecord observations of children to support program planningImplement daily care routines and maintain a safe, healthy environmentSupport the inclusion of children with additional needs, children with disabilities, Aboriginal children and children from culturally and linguistically diverse backgroundsBuild warm, respectful relationships with children and familiesWork in line with the National Quality Framework, food safety requirements and Thrive's policies
What you will bring
Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, ACECQA approved, or actively working towards itA current Working with Children Check for the state the role is based inSkills,



knowledge and training in food safety and hygienic food handlingKnowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and current practice in early childhoodThe ability to work as part of a team, take direction and seek support when you need it
