Receptionist (Temporary Assignment)Your new company We are currently seeking a qualified and resilient Receptionist to join a busy public-facing organisation based in Hobart CBD.
This temporary opportunity is available for an initial four-week period, with the possibility of extension for the right candidate.
As the first point of contact, you will play a critical role in providing a positive and professional experience for visitors, callers and stakeholders.
Working in a fast-paced environment, you will manage front-of-house operations, respond to enquiries, direct visitors, and provide general administrative support while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
This role requires someone who can remain calm under pressure and confidently manage a wide range of interactions.
You may engage with members of the public who are experiencing challenging circumstances, so empathy, sound judgement and emotional resilience are essential.Your new role Provide qualified front desk and reception servicesWelcome visitors and respond to face-to-face,
