High profile ASX listed property and development business on the lookout for a seasoned Senior Finance Manager to support the Development Finance team due to an internal secondment.
This role reports into the Head of Finance of the Division and plays a key role in delivering accurate, insightful management reporting and analysis.Key DutiesOversee monthly and annual management reporting consolidation (P&L;, balance sheet, cash flow, KPIs, variance analysis)Prepare performance commentary on key drivers, trends, and risksAssist in producing executive and board level reporting packsMaintain accuracy, consistency,



and integrity of financial information across reporting cyclesDeliver ad hoc reporting and analysis as requiredReconcile capital and cash across the current forecast and five year planSupport year end investor reportingTo be considered for this role:You will have 10 years' experience in financial control, management accounting, or reportingStrong expertise in management reporting, budgeting, and forecastingPrevious property development finance experience highly regarded.Proven ability to deliver commercial insight beyond the numbersAdvanced financial analysis and variance explanation skillsConfident partnering with senior leaders and executivesHigh proficiency in Excel and financial reporting systemsIf this sounds like a role that would be of interest, click 'Apply' and send through your CV.
