Sorelle Kitchen & Eatery is a busy, locally loved cafe in Blaxland in the lower Blue Mountains.
We also run Sorelle Boxed Catering, and we've just opened a new pop-up in Penrith.
We're looking for a chef who wants good food, a outstanding team and a life outside the kitchen.
