Acting as the on‐site Coates representative, you will lead teams, coordinate logistics, manage safety and work closely with customers to ensure high‐quality, compliant outcomes aligned with Coates' Safety First – Zero Harm culture.Your Typical Day Will IncludePlanning, coordinating and overseeing the supply and installation of portable buildings and temporary facilitiesLeading and supervising operational and installation teams to achieve safe, timely and quality outcomesActing as the primary on‐site contact for customers, managing relationships and expectationsCoordinating plant, equipment, logistics and resourcing in collaboration with branch teams and contractorsManaging site conditions, scheduling changes and variations to minimise delays and downtimeLeading safety on site, including prestarts, toolbox talks and ensuring compliance with HSEQ requirementsEnsuring hire schedules, inspections and project documentation are completed accuratelyPromoting a clean,
