This position is available for an immediate start, or at a mutually agreed time.This position is available for Brisbane.
We welcome applications from those currently at Associate or Senior Associate level.Our TeamWe act for Principals, Contractors, Subcontractors and Consultants, providing comprehensive front-end and back-end construction law services.Our team is renowned for delivering timely, cost-effective solutions for our clients.
We have expertise across all areas of the building and construction industry, from preparing contracts and subcontracts, providing training and advice, managing litigation, and preparing and responding to payment claims, schedules and adjudication applications.The RoleYou will work under the direct supervision of our Building and Construction Partner in the areas of:Front-end contract drafting, negotiation and administrationProviding advice on construction-related issues, prospects, options and recommended courses of actionPreparing and responding to payment claims, payment schedules and adjudication applicationsAdvising on, preparing, lodging and responding to statutory noticesDispute resolution in Construction LitigationYour work will be generated from our existing client base,

What About You?
