You will drive end-to-end recruitment, partner with HMs and HR, and build strong candidate pipelines for current and future workforce needs.The role requires FIFO/remote recruitment experience, robust interviewing skills, and a commitment to process improvement and candidate experience.
Onsite roster-based work with travel support from major hubs is available.
