IMMEDIATE START AVAILABLEKogarah, SydneyWe're looking for a hands-on Financial Controller to join our growing business, support our finance team and help improve how we work.Working closely with our CFO, you'll take the lead on day-to-day finance activities and work with operations to improve reporting, cost control and project profitability.Your role will include:Managing and supporting our AP, AR and payroll teamSupporting month-end close, journals and accrualsOverseeing customer setups, invoicing, collections and supplier paymentsKeeping payroll processes and controls up to datePreparing monthly reports, budgets, projections and cash-flow forecastsManaging loan and vehicle finance schedulesWorking with operations to understand job profitability and identify cost savingsImproving our systems and reporting, including project costing, budgets and forecastingAbout youYou enjoy being hands-on, asking questions and bringing ideas to the table.
You're comfortable guiding a team, working through challenges and following things through.Experience with MYOB Acumatica and Velixo would be highly regarded.There's room for the right person for skilled growth and personal development.
