This hands‐on leadership role will drive engineering excellence across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud while mentoring developers and partnering with cross‐functional teams.What you'll doLead the end‐to‐end design, development and deployment of Salesforce solutionsDevelop solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components and AuraLead code reviews, design sessions and technical workshopsChampion automation, DevOps and CI/CD practicesMaintain integrations with third‐party applications, APIs and middleware, including Azure Integration Services and MuleSoftCollaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams and product ownersIdentify technical debt and recommend system improvementsEnsure solutions meet security, compliance, data governance and coding standardsMentor and coach developers, encouraging knowledge sharing and continuous improvementWhat You'll BringSubstantial technical leadership and industry experience, generally 10+ yearsStrong Salesforce expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience CloudHands‐on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components and AuraExperience with Salesforce integrations, APIs,
