They cultivate a collaborative, supportive office culture where you are never just a number and your professional development is a core priority.About The OpportunityThe primary purpose of this position is to manage a diverse portfolio across both Commercial and Property Law and Wills & Estates, gaining hands‐on file management experience and direct client contact.
This is a permanent, full-time role within a growing team.Working closely with senior practitioners and partners, some of your responsibilities will include:Commercial Law: Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, business sale and purchase agreements, and commercial and retail leasesCorporate Advice: Advising on corporate structuring and governanceWills & Estates: Preparing comprehensive estate planning suites, from standard Wills and EPAs to complex testamentary trustsEstate Administration: Handling Probate and Letters of Administration,



and assisting with estate dispute and litigation mattersClient Advisory: Managing end-to‐end client files, providing pragmatic legal advice and building lasting relationships with SMEs, families and high‐net‐worth individualsAbout YouThe successful candidate will have:3 to 4 years PQE with practical exposure to commercial, property law and/or estate planningAdmission as a Solicitor in the Supreme Court of Queensland, with a current practising certificateStrong legal research, drafting and problem‐solving skills with a high level of attention to detailA proactive, resilient attitude with a genuine desire to learn from senior mentorsExcellent communication skills and the empathy required to guide clients through sensitive estate mattersWhat's in it for You?
