Silverchain is seeking experienced Home Care Workers to join our Transitional Aged Care Program (TACP).
The TACP program supports older people transitioning from hospital back to independent living at home.
This short-term, rehabilitation-focused program assists clients recovering from extended hospital stays and helps them achieve their recovery goals.
We are looking for TACP Home care workers to join Silverchain team in the Collaroy area and Surrounds.What's on offerEmployee benefits program + Salary packaging up to $18,550 tax free each year.Paid CPR and First Aid Courses.Monday to Friday roster - between hours of 7 am and 5pm (please note: must be available 2-3 days a week).
Training in hoist use, complex personal care and compression stocking applicationMeaningful rehabilitation-focused work supporting client independenceWhat We're Looking forCertificate III or above in Aged Care, Individual SupportLevel 3 Home Care Worker experience preferredMinimum 6 months' experience in a similar roleCurrent Australian Driver's LicenceReliable vehicle with comprehensive insuranceAbility to meet all mandatory vaccination requirements (e.g Diphtheria, Tetanus & Pertussis (Whooping Cough); Hepatitis B; Measels,
