The role will start with face-to-face training at our Chatswood NSW office.
After training, flexible working arrangements are available, including hybrid or work-from-home options depending on your location.Day-to-day, you'll be responding to customer queries using Zendesk, handling enquiries by email and online, and assisting with other tasks typical of a customer service role.
You'll work closely with our small,



supportive team while also contributing to a business that operates across more than 20 countries.This role is available on either a full time or casual basis with a minimum of approximately 20 hours per week.Key responsibilitiesRespond to customer enquiries through Zendesk (email and online tickets)Investigate and resolve customer issues promptly and accuratelyEscalate complex matters to senior staff where requiredMaintain accurate records of interactions and outcomesSupport the wider team with administrative and customer-facing tasksWhat we're looking forPrevious customer service experience (contact centre, online support, or retail welcome)Strong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to learn recent systems quickly – Zendesk experience is a plusEmpathy, patience, and a professional manner when handling enquiriesAttention to detail and good organisational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFlexibility and reliabilityWhat we offerInitial in-person training in Chatswood NSWFlexible working arrangements – hybrid or remote options after trainingBe part of an international business with operations in 20+ countriesSupportive team culture with ongoing guidanceCompetitive hourly rate or salary, depending on experienceOpportunity to work full-time or casual/part-time to suit your circumstances
