wastage and operational requirementsManage cash handling and operational controlsWorking closely with the kitchen and wider management team to ensure smooth serviceSupporting the planning and delivery of functions, events and Club activitiesContributing to operational improvements, systems and procedures across the venueAbout YouWe're looking for someone who is confident leading from the floor and comfortable making decisions in a busy hospitality setting.You'll ideally have:Experience as a Venue Manager, Assistant Venue Manager, senior Duty Manager or similar hospitality leaderExperience within a busy club, pub, restaurant, bar or hotel environmentStrong people leadership and team development skillsA genuine focus on customer and member experienceGood understanding of hospitality operation, WHS and compliance requirementsExperience with rosters, staffing, stock control and wastageConfidence in handling customer complaints and operational incidentsA calm and practical approach when things get busyStrong communication and organisational skillsPrevious experience within a registered club, pub or gaming environment would be highly regarded.Essential RequirementsCurrent NSW RSACurrent NSW RCGAppropriate Australian working rights.Availability to work a flexible roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays.Why North Bondi RSL?
