You will play a key role in maintaining business-as-usual payroll operations while supporting a period of organisational change.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end processing of fortnightly and monthly payrollsMaintain payroll records and employee dataProcess recent starters, terminations, salary increases and back paysInterpret awards, enterprise agreements and payroll legislationManage leave,



overtime and attendance related payroll activitiesResolve payroll queries from employees and managementComplete payroll reporting and statutory obligationsReconcile payroll related general ledger accountsAssist with month-end payroll activitiesEnsure compliance with payroll legislation and company policiesTo be successful, you will bring:Proven experience processing end-to-end payroll in medium to large organisationsStrong hands-on experience using PrecedaExperience working with time and attendance systemsStrong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, taxation and superannuationExperience interpreting awards and enterprise agreementsAbility to work autonomously and confidently manage payroll deadlinesStrong analytical, problem-solving and communication skillsExperience within manufacturing or similar complex payroll environmentsWorkday experienceFlexible remote working arrangement available Australia-wideOpportunity to support a major payroll transformation projectWork with a high-volume, complex payroll environment
