We're looking for an experienced Collections Analyst to join our Lending Operations team.
This is a hands‐on role combining collections, arrears monitoring, payments analysis and reporting.
You'll spot emerging risks, resolve payment issues and provide practical insights that help reduce arrears and credit losses while supporting fair customer outcomes.What you'll doMonitor arrears, repayment activity and customer payment behaviour across lending portfoliosIdentify overdue accounts, collection risks and trends, and support early intervention activityInvestigate failed, delayed or misallocated payments and resolve exceptions quicklyPrepare clear collections and payments reporting, including arrears, recoveries and performance trendsPartner with Credit, Risk, Finance, Treasury, Hardship and Technology teams to resolve issuesHelp improve collections workflows, controls, systems and automationWhat you'll bringPrevious experience in collections is essential, including monitoring arrears,



repayments and delinquent accountsStrong analytical skills and confidence working with transaction and portfolio dataIntermediate to advanced Excel skillsExperience with loan servicing or collections systems; Salesforce or other reporting tools is an advantageA practical, customer‐focused approach with strong attention to detailYou will join a collaborative, high‐performing team that values initiative, accountability and practical problem solving.
