and strong organisational skills are essential.About the role:Coordinate and manage all aspects of eventsLiaise with clients to bring their vision to life while maintaining high service standardsWork closely with the kitchen, bar, and operations team to deliver seamless eventsManage event logistics, staff rostering, and post-event reportingDeliver memorable guest experiences that keep clients coming backWhat we're looking for:2+ years experience in a similar role within hotels, venues, or high‐end hospitalityNatural leadership and the ability to manage multiple events at onceA robust background in function coordination and event operationsOutstanding communication and organisational skillsAbility to multitask and stay calm under pressureFlexibility to work evenings and weekends
