Once you're in, there's no limits on where your career could take you.The role:As Rooms Division Manager, you'll provide strategic leadership and run the day-to-day operation of Front Office, Reservations and Housekeeping.
Working closely with the General Manager, Revenue Manager and Sales team, you'll lift occupancy, average rate, RevPAR and profitability while keeping guest service, room presentation,



safety and compliance at the highest standard.Key responsibilities:Lead and direct the Front Office, Reservations and Housekeeping teams, with effective workforce planning and accurate, timely handoversPerform Manager on Duty shifts and oversee the hotel in the absence of the General Manager and Executive Assistant ManagerBuild a culture of exceptional guest service, including handling feedback, online reviews and complaints with professional service recoveryGrow rooms revenue ahead of market through yield management, inventory control and distribution strategy, working with the Yield teamAnalyse competitor activity, demand patterns and events, and run displacement analysis on group businessOwn Rooms Division financial performance, including RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, labour costs and productivity, with clear monthly commentaryOversee reservations across all channels, monitoring booking pace, forecasting accuracy and conversionEnsure housekeeping standards, preventative maintenance and room condition meet brand expectations, working with the Facilities ManagerChampion the EVT Stays program, drive loyalty enrolments and promote other EVT properties and experiencesRecruit, coach and develop your team, with regular performance reviews, training and succession planningMaintain a strong Work Health and Safety culture, and manage compliance and operational,
