Oz Seals Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated, hands‐on and technically minded Polyurethane & Rubber Process Worker to join our manufacturing team in a permanent full‐time position based at our Loganlea facility.This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or build a long‐term career in manufacturing.Previous experience is not essential.

labelling and packing finished productsConducting quality checks to ensure finished products meet company and customer requirementsOperating manual lathes for facing, trimming and machining clamping/back platesUsing hand tools and power toolsLoading and handling raw materials and finished productsPerforming routine machine cleaning, servicing and preventative maintenanceAssisting with basic troubleshooting and reporting equipment faultsMaintaining production records where requiredKeeping the workshop clean, organised and safeFollowing workplace health and safety procedures and using appropriate PPEWorking closely with other team members to meet production targets and deadlinesWhat we're looking forWe are looking for someone who is:Reliable, punctual and hardworkingTechnically minded with good mechanical aptitudeWilling to learn and take directionComfortable working with machinery and toolsAble to follow procedures and work safelyDetail-focused and committed to producing quality workPhysically capable of carrying out general manufacturing and manual handling dutiesComfortable standing and working in a workshop environmentAble to work effectively as part of a teamLooking for stable, long‐term employment and the opportunity to develop new skillsNo previous polyurethane, rubber or manufacturing experience is required.Experience in manufacturing, machine operation, manual lathes, mechanical work or a similar workshop environment would be highly regarded but is not essential, as full training will be provided.A valid driver's licence would also be advantageous.What we offerAt OZ Seals,
