Customer Service Officers - Wollongong Street TeamsJoin a major customer service project across the IllawarraMcArthur is recruiting a team of Customer Service Officers and Team Leaders for an upcoming transport-focused customer engagement project across Wollongong and surrounding locations.You'll work as part of a two-person street team at busy public transport locations, helping customers with information, directions and wayfinding while providing a friendly, visible and professional presence on the ground.This is a great opportunity for people who enjoy working with the public, like being out and about, and want to be part of a large, well-organised project team.The roleDepending on your location and shift, you may be responsible for:Welcoming and assisting customersProviding directions, information and wayfinding supportWorking closely with your street-team partnerMonitoring customer activity and identifying issuesProviding feedback from the fieldCompleting easy end-of-shift reportingEscalating issues to Team Leaders and project managementFollowing project procedures, safety requirements and daily briefingsWe also have opportunities for experienced Team Leaders, who will take on additional responsibility for communication, coordination, reporting and supporting teams across the project.About youWe're looking for people who are:Friendly,
