Smart Your Future.ResponsibilitiesAccounts Payable & ReceivableProcess the end-to-end AP and AR cycle, including invoice verification, data entry and payment processing, to ensure accuracy and timeliness.Manage daily cash receipts and payments, prepare daily cash reports, and maintain effective controls over company funds.General Ledger & Month-End ClosePrepare and post journal entries to the general ledger.Perform bank reconciliations to maintain accurate, up-to-date cash balances.Review and post operating expenses,



including advertising, transportation and other routine costs.Support the month-end close, ensuring all accounting tasks are completed accurately and within strict deadlines.Expenses & ProcurementReconcile transactions recorded in the EIT system, and process travel reimbursements and administrative procurement transactions.Review employee expense claims for compliance with company policy.Manage accounting for rebates and the brand fund for the Australian subsidiary.Maintain and manage the fixed asset register.Tax & Group ReportingSupport tax compliance, including GST, BAS and FBT.Support the reporting and accounting requirements of the Group Finance team.Assist with other finance and accounting activities as required.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting/FinanceIntermediate/Advance Excel skillsProficiency in accounting software will be an advantageExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHigh attention to detailSound organizational and time management skillsApproachability in dealing with internal and external partiesMandarin language skills would be an advantage.
