Paralegal - High-Volume Litigation & RecoveriesJoin a modern legal services business where legal expertise, technology and operational excellence come together to deliver high-quality outcomes for enterprise clients.Our client is seeking an intelligent and enthusiastic full-time Paralegal to join their Melbourne-based Restructuring, Recoveries & Disputes team.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Paralegal to gain exposure to complex, high-volume matters while working within a collaborative and technology-enabled legal environment.The roleYou will provide accurate and timely support across a busy portfolio of matters, taking responsibility for the progression and management of files.
You will be confident dealing with clients, debtors and third parties, highly organised and comfortable working to deadlines.Key responsibilities will include:Drafting notices, demands, pleadings, statements of claim, judgments, writs of possession and correspondenceE-filing court documents and assisting with court processesManaging a large volume of files and ensuring matters progress within required timeframesLiaising with clients, debtors, process servers and other third partiesTaking instructions and negotiating proposals with debtorsFollowing up security packets,
