Posted 07 Oct ****DescriptionCasual ChefTake your hospitality career to the next level with Duxton Pubs.We are looking for a passionate and reliableCasual Chefto join the kitchen team at theOld Noarlunga Hotel, a historic pub located in Adelaide's south.With its welcoming atmosphere, refreshed dining spaces and menu featuring pub favourites and seasonal dishes, the Old Noarlunga Hotel offers a relaxed setting for locals and visitors alike.The RoleWorking closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team, you will assist with day-to-day kitchen operations, food preparation and service in a busy pub environment.Key tasks include:Preparing and cooking meals to a high and consistent standard;Supporting lunch, dinner, functions and busy trade periods;Following recipes, portion control and presentation standards;Maintaining a clean, organised and protected kitchen;Assisting with stock rotation, preparation lists and general kitchen duties;Working collaboratively with the front-of-house team; andBringing a positive, practical and hands-on attitude to every shift.About YouTo succeed in this role, you will have:Previous experience as a Chef or Cook in a pub,



restaurant or fast-paced kitchen;A genuine passion for quality food and great hospitality;Strong communication, organisation and time-management skills;The ability to remain calm and focused during busy service periods;Knowledge of food-safety and kitchen-hygiene standards;Flexibility to work across a seven-day roster, including nights and weekends; andA team-first attitude, because kitchens are already chaotic enough without ego garnish.Why Join Duxton Pubs?
