If you've worked in Life Insurance (Retail or Group), Superannuation, or Workers' Compensation.Role Summary:This role is responsible for the processing of policy alteration requests and functions for ClearView's Life Insurance products in accordance with Financial Services procedures and guidelines.Primary Responsibilities:The administration of all alteration requests for Inforce PoliciesResponding to Adviser and Customer queries in writing and/or telephoneMeeting all service standards and quality objectivesClearView takes its Work, Health and Safety (WHS) obligations seriously.
