The Full Moon Hotel is seeking a Night Duty Manager to join our leadership team in a permanent part time capacity.
This role focuses on evening and closing shifts, with 3–4 shifts per week ****** hours).
You will lead our venue operations across restaurant, bars, gaming, TAB, entertainment and late-night trade, working with an experienced management team.
Ideal candidates have 12 months of hospitality management experience and a calm, professional leadership style.
