The Role
You'll manage approximately 100 commercial properties across:
Landlord and tenant relationships
Lease administration, renewals and rent reviews
Outgoings, arrears and financial management
Maintenance, contractors and compliance
Inspections and reporting
Re-letting alongside the Sales & Leasing team
You'll also have three PMAs supporting work orders, invoicing, arrears, inspection reports and database administration.
The Candidate
Previous Commercial Property Management experience OR extensive Residential PM experience with a clear interest in moving into commercial
Strong communication and relationship management skills
Good commercial awareness and lease knowledge
A practical, proactive approach
Someone who enjoys being part of a friendly, team-focused office
