We're on the lookout for a hands-on Field Service Technician to join our Perth-based team.
In this mobile role, you'll service and maintain Asahi Beverages' fleet of post-mix, beer and frozen drink equipment across metro Perth & Surrounds – all while delivering a great customer experience.You'll join a high-performing and supportive team who'll provide you with all the training and tools needed to succeed, including specialist equipment knowledge and safety systems.

Key ResponsibilitiesA day in the life of a Field Service Technician at Asahi means hitting the road, visiting customer sites across Brisbane to install, service or repair beverage dispensing equipment.




Between solving technical issues and chatting with venue staff, you'll keep things running smoothly while proudly representing our iconic brands.Other responsibilities include;Assess, diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently,Maintain van stock and keep accurate records of work completedCommunicate back to our service delivery teams with critical information about product performanceIdentify and escalation any safety, quality or performance risks with equipment or site setupsAlways follow safety protocols and environmental standards while on-siteAbout YouYou're a hands-on problem-solver with great communication skills and a strong commitment to safety and service.
