This flexible community role offers ongoing support, regular team catch ups and in-services, with outstanding remuneration and a friendly, collaborative atmosphere.We value reliable, patient‐centered care and provide introductory training, education, exercise prescription and pain management for diverse patients.
1–2 years of experience is preferred, but new graduates are welcome.
