Gold Coast, Queensland ****, Australia A$30 - A$40Full-time Permanent AssociatePosted 11 Sep ****DescriptionTeam Member – WSUD (Water Sensitive Urban Design Assets) Based at Yatala Depot | Servicing sites across the Gold Coast regionIf you enjoy working outdoors, being part of a great team and doing work that makes a difference, this could be the chance for you.Glascott is looking for motivated and reliable Team Members to join our WSUD team, maintaining and enhancing Water Sensitive Urban Design assets across the Gold Coast region.About the RoleWorking as part of a small, supportive crew and reporting to the WSUD Team Leader, you'll be involved in a variety of hands-on maintenance activities that help protect natural water systems within urban environments.This is an active outdoor role where you'll work across different sites and environments, with plenty of variety in your day-to-day work.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out routine maintenance of WSUD assets and surrounding areasVegetation management, weed removal and general landscaping dutiesBrush cutting and chemical sprayingAssist with site inspections and identifying maintenance issuesUse a range of hand tools and outdoor maintenance equipmentMaintain sites to a high standard and ensure work is completed safelyWork as part of a team to complete daily tasks efficientlyFollow all workplace health, safety and environmental requirementsAbout YouPrevious experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance or a similar outdoor role is desirableA positive attitude and willingness to learnReliable,
