We're recruiting multiple Data Centre Support Engineers to join a team being established for a new data centre.
This is an opportunity to put your technical troubleshooting skills to work in a hands-on environment and help build reliable operations from the outset.The roleTroubleshoot and repair computer hardware, server and network issues.Prioritise and resolve support tickets to maintain system reliability.Provide technical support and escalation assistance to team members.Contribute to projects and improvements in operational efficiency.Share knowledge and support best practices across the team.About youAt least 1-2 years of experience troubleshooting and repairing computer hardware.At least 1 year of computer networking experience.A qualification in IT, computer science or a related discipline.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work calmly under pressure.A cooperative approach and clear communication skills.What you need to knowThese are onsite roles supporting a 24/7 operation, with a rotating roster.
You'll need a valid driver's licence, your own vehicle and the ability to safely undertake physical tasks, including lifting equipment and using ladders.
