You will manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, support business systems, and drive technology improvements across a rapidly expanding organisation.Key responsibilitiesManage and maintain office computers, laptops, printers, networking equipment and IT infrastructureProvide day-to-day technical support to staff across multiple officesManage Microsoft 365, Outlook, email accounts and user accessMaintain office Wi-Fi, network security, VPN and remote access systemsTroubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity issuesMaintain and support the company's CRM and internal business management platformsAssist with system integration, workflow automation and operational efficiencyManage user permissions, system access and data securityLiaise with external software providers and developers to resolve technical issuesSupport company websites, hosting, domains and business email systemsAbout youAt least 2–3 years of experience in IT support,
