Experienced Manager / Senior Manager - Tax & Business AdvisoryOur client is a boutique accounting and advisory firm led by two directors, looking for an experienced Manager or Senior Manager to join their growing firm.This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone with robust Australian public practice experience who enjoys managing client relationships, mentoring staff, and driving workflow.Key Responsibilities:Reviewing company, trust, partnership, superfund and individual tax returnsReviewing annual fringe benefit tax returns & business activity statementsEnsure clients understand the implications of Division 7A & UPE requirementsMaintain, or create loan agreements, minimum repayments etc. or pay dividendsReview tax compliance work for individuals, companies, trusts and SMSFsManage a portfolio of $1 million in fees and act as a trusted adviserLead, mentor and develop junior and intermediate staffOversee workflow management,
