They're looking for a Risk & Governance Officer to join a broad governance and risk function.
This is a hands-on role with exposure across risk management, compliance, governance, assurance and process improvement.
It would suit someone who is curious, proactive and willing to learn, with a genuine interest in working within a not-for-profit organisation.
The opportunity
Own and support the intake, assessment, triage, investigation and resolution of internal and external complaints, including identifying when matters require escalation
Support enterprise risk management activities, including risk registers, assessments and reporting
Assist with governance, compliance and assurance activities across the organisation
Support assurance reviews, audits and continuous improvement initiatives
Help maintain policies, procedures, frameworks and governance documentation
Support compliance with ISO standards across quality, safety, environment
Work with stakeholders across the business to identify risks, improve processes and strengthen controls
Support reporting and broader governance requirements

What we're looking for
Circa 2-3 years' experience across risk, compliance, governance, quality assurance or assurance
Strong attention to detail, with a curious, proactive and willing to learn mindset
Valuable written and verbal communication skills, with confidence working across different stakeholders
Genuine interest in working within a not-for-profit and purpose-led environment
