Multinail Australia is looking to employ an experienced Accounts Payable Officer based at our contemporary facilities in Stapylton.The successful applicant will be reporting to the Financial Controller.
This is a full time role, 40 hours per week, 8:00 to 4:30pm.A snapshot into your responsibilities:Daily management of the Accounts Payable inboxProcessing invoices through Pronto, Xero and MYOB and Ostendo.Processing approved employee expense claims and credit cards top-up, reconciliation and coding.Preparing and processing weekly and monthly supplier payments runsReconciling supplier statements and resolving outstanding invoices or discrepanciesLiaising directly with suppliers and internal stakeholdersMaintaining accurate vendor records and completing supplier verificationAd hoc tasks assigned by managerBack up to receptionKey Selection Criteria:This position is ideally suited to an individual who is a strong team player who will bring to the role a minimum of 3 years' accounts experience in a similar role in Manufacturing would be highly desirable.
Experience using MYOB, Xero, Pronto will be advantageous.Additional selection criteria includes:Professional,
