Yagoona Family HealthCare in Sydney, NSW is seeking a caring Practice Nurse to join our busy general practice.
You will work with General Practitioners and admin staff to deliver high-quality nursing care, support preventative health services and keep the clinic running smoothly.The ideal candidate has solid clinical and communication skills, patient-centred approach, and experience with immunisations, wound care and health assessments.
2-3 days per week, 8:30–4:30, hours are flexible.
