QuestCare in Canberra is seeking a dedicated Community Nurse for a casual home-visit role serving ACT residents.
You will provide clinical support to NDIS participants and aged care clients in their own homes with a focus on safety and person-centred care.Key duties include continence assessments, wound care, client education and strong clinical governance in line with AHPRA standards.
The role requires autonomy, transparent communication and compliance with First Aid/BLS certification.
