referrals, and databasesScreening and interviewing candidatesAssisting with matching candidates to suitable opportunitiesSupporting client relationships and learning business development skillsMaintaining candidate records and recruitment activityWorking alongside experienced recruiters and leaders who will mentor and develop youWhat We're Looking ForWe'd love to hear from you if you have:Experience in sales, outbound calling, telesales, call centre, customer service, lead generation, business development, retail, or hospitalityConfidence speaking with people over the phoneStrong communication and relationship-building skillsA positive attitude and willingness to learnResilience, motivation, and a results-driven mindsetThe ambition to build a long-term career with excellent earning potentialPrevious recruitment experience is not required.
