Based in Keysborough, we are a family-owned business with a strong reputation for quality, innovation, and long-term stability — offering the security of an industry leader combined with the culture of a supportive team setting.We are currently seeking a full-time, experienced Signage Assembler / Manufacturer / All Rounder to join our growing production team.Key ResponsibilitiesAssembly of a wide range of signage products, including illuminated signage such as LED and neon signsPylon sign assemblyMetal and plastic fabrication and assemblyGeneral assembly of signage components and structuresCladding using aluminium composite panels (ACM), metal cladding, and cassette systemsWorking collaboratively within a production and manufacturing team environmentAbout YouThe ideal candidate will:Be able to follow instructions while also working independently when requiredHave a positive attitude, strong work ethic,



and reliable attendanceHold a trade qualification (preferred but not essential)If not trade qualified, have a minimum of 5 years' hands-on industry experience or a strong willingness to expand existing trade skillsTake pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and maintaining productivity standardsWhat We OfferFull-time position — Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pmAbove award wagesRDOs, overtime, and weekend work available when requiredOpportunity for afternoon shift work in some circumstancesStable long-term employment with a respected and growing businessSupportive team culture within a family-owned companyJoin a company that has helped shape the corporate signage industry for 70 years.
