Proudly Australian owned and operated, Shearform provides high end steel processing services and solutions to our customers such as Laser & Plasma Cutting, Brake Press Folding, Plate Rolling and Section Rolling.About the role:We are looking to boost our sales and programming department with enthusiastic, hardworking and committed Technical Estimators & Sales Persons to join our team based in Dandenong South VIC.You will be responsible for:Knowledge & experience using AutoCAD, Solidworks or SigmaNEST or similar CAD software.Preparing Job packs to release to the floor for processing.Sales estimation of steel processing enquiries which includes materials and labour.Support major accounts and provide customer serviceProgramming CAD, nesting, estimating,



take offs.Understand industry applications and the metal industriesNegotiating quotations including KPI's such as freight, margins etcMaintaining the quality aspect of sales estimation, offers and order executionGenerating leads with recent and existing customersAbout the candidate:Advanced knowledge of Steel Processingknowledge of M1 manufacturing highly advantageousAdvanced skills in Sales & Customer Serviceknowledge of engineering drawings and CAD file formats.Advanced knowledge of Metal processing machineryknowledge of Steel, Stainless & AluminiumPlease note that candidates must have Australian work rights
