The Role
Manage and grow an existing SME commercial portfolio
Handle renewals, new business and policy reviews
Negotiate with insurers and underwriting agencies
Build robust, long-term client relationships
Provide tailored insurance advice and exceptional service
About You
Commercial broking experience, ideally within the SME market
Strong client management and communication skills
Confident working autonomously
Commercially minded and highly organised
