You will take ownership of your own portfolio, which includes:Relationship Management: Being the primary point of contact for your clients, handling all communications with empathy and professionalism.Operations & Compliance: Arranging and running AGMs, managing maintenance projects, and ensuring insurance policies and claims are handled efficiently.Financial Stewardship:



Overseeing finances for properties within your portfolio.Growth & Development: Working closely with the General Manager to achieve your professional goals, while supporting other team members to reach theirs.Who we are looking for:You don't just manage buildings; you manage relationships.
