An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join an established digital product team within a large healthcare organisation.
Your new role
You'll play a key role in the continued evolution of an innovative digital assistant platform, with an initial focus on integrating enterprise systems into the broader digital ecosystem.
Working across product, technology, development and change teams, you'll translate complex business and frontline healthcare requirements into practical digital solutions.
The environment operates with a start-up mindset, so you'll need to be comfortable with ambiguity, changing priorities and taking ownership.
What you'll need to succeed
Strong Senior Business Analyst experience across complex technology or transformation programmes
Previous healthcare experience, ideally engaging with frontline clinical or operational teams
Experience across digital products, platforms or product-led environments
Strong exposure to systems integration and interconnected technology environments
Experience working directly with developers,



architects and integration specialists
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging senior executives and C-suite stakeholders
Strong workshop facilitation, requirements gathering, process analysis and documentation capability
The ability to translate between business and technical audiences
Experience working within Agile/product delivery environments will be highly regarded
A pragmatic, delivery-focused approach and the ability to operate autonomously

Competitive Salary Package
12 month FTC
Hybrid: 2 days per week in the office, Monday and Thursday
