Join a busy operational team in a diverse administration role supporting depot operations across both
Jandakot and Welshpool

This 6-month contract offers a mix of reception, stakeholder engagement, training coordination, asset administration and business support duties within a collaborative government environment.
Your new role
In this varied position, you will provide day-to-day administrative support to depot operations and be the key point of contact for a range of internal enquiries.
Front reception and general customer service duties
Coordinating training bookings and maintaining training records
Processing monthly inspections, log sheets and defect checklists
Managing building fault reports and associated documentation
Conducting quarterly asset stock takes
Assisting staff with time sheet, allowance and personal protective equipment (PPE) enquiries
Maintaining accurate records and supporting business operations across multiple depot locations
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in an administrative or business support position




Strong skills across the Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
A proactive and organised approach with the ability to manage competing priorities
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
A current National Police Clearance
A current C-Class Driver's Licence
Availability to attend an interview on Tuesday 3 November ****

Full-time hours with a 38-hour working week
Flexible working hours between 6:00am and 6:00pm
