Business Analyst
Location: NSW / ACT / QLD – Hybrid
Contract: Until 30 June **** + 2 x 12-month extensions
Citizenship: Australian Citizenship mandatory
Clearance: Must be able to obtain Baseline Security Clearance

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst within a digital health environment.
Previous digital health or healthcare experience would be highly regarded.
The role will focus on business process improvement, operational efficiency and service delivery, working closely with subject matter experts, operational teams and stakeholders to understand current practices, identify opportunities for improvement and develop practical future-state processes and requirements.
Key responsibilities:
Lead business analysis, requirements gathering and process improvement activities.
Map, analyse and redesign current and future-state business processes.
Identify inefficiencies, risks, duplication, delays and control gaps.
Facilitate workshops and working sessions with diverse stakeholders.
Develop process maps, business requirements, options analyses, procedures and implementation plans.
Support improvement initiatives through planning,



delivery and implementation.
About you:
Solid Business Analyst experience with a focus on business process analysis and continuous improvement.
Demonstrated experience developing current and future-state process maps and business requirements.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.
Confident facilitating workshops with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience within complex service, regulatory or assurance environments highly regarded.
Digital health or healthcare experience would be advantageous.
IMPORTANT: Australian Citizenship is mandatory for this opportunity, and candidates must be able to obtain an Australian Government Baseline Security Clearance.
