to join their busy Home Claims team based in
North Lakes

You'll play a key role supporting the home claims function, helping drive claims through to settlement, while working closely with internal teams, builders and suppliers to deliver positive customer outcomes.

$***** per hour + super, paid weekly
Monday to Friday roster,
8:00am-4:00pm or 9:00am-5:00pm

What You'll Be Doing
Working as part of a busy Home Claims team, you'll be responsible for managing a variety of claims-related administrative and operational tasks to support the broader claims function.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Assisting with the management and progression of home insurance claims
Driving claims through to settlement in a timely and efficient manner
Liaising with internal stakeholders, builders, suppliers and service providers to achieve positive outcomes
Updating claim records,



review notes and additional information within internal systems
Managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Navigating multiple systems simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Supporting the wider claims team with claim-related activities and administration
Ensuring all claim information is recorded accurately and in line with company standards
Please note:
This role is primarily focused on claims management and administration support and does
not involve inbound customer call centre duties
.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running and bring strong property or home claims knowledge, excellent organisational skills and a proactive approach to managing workloads.
You'll bring:
Previous
property or home claims experience
within the insurance industry
Demonstrated
claims management experience
Robust ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines
Experience working across multiple systems and platforms
Excellent attention to detail and administrative accuracy
The ability to quickly switch between different tasks and changing priorities
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively with colleagues, builders and suppliers
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering quality outcomes
