To continue to propel cycling forward, we are committed to innovation and inclusion, building a diverse community on and off the bike.MAAP LaB Sydney is an experiential retail store that presents the very best of MAAP products in an elevated environment, and provides a space for creative dialogue and collaboration with the local community, extending the cultural influence and audience of the MAAP brand.MAAP continues to blur the space between fashion and sport, and you could be part of this journey, bringing to life our retail experience focused on merging aesthetics and performance.We are on the lookout for our next part time Retail Sales Assistant.THE ROLEKey responsibilities:Assist in delivering the MAAP retail experience by engaging, developing, maintaining, and growing relationships with our customers and the wider community.Champion a sales-driven culture while focusing on the highest customer and brand experience standards.Assist in delivering financial results and achieving sales and retail KPIs.Maintain the highest visual merchandising standards, ensuring MAAP VM guidelines are actioned daily.Know and follow all store policies,



procedures and operating systemsDaily operations of the store, including but not limited to opening, closing and inventory processing.Keep up to date with MAAP seasonal launches and product information, ensuring the team is informed on all new technical features and benefits.Provide support for LaB rides, community engagement and activations.THE CANDIDATEThe ideal Retail Sales Assistant will have the following skills and qualities:Demonstrated retail experience in a fashion, sportswear or similar environmentExcellent customer service and selling skillsExcellent merchandising skillsAbility to work in a team in the pursuit of common goalsSelf-motivated and self-confidentProven ability to deliver results, drive sales and achieve team successA keen interest in cycling, fashion, music and Sydney cultureAttractive company discounts on apparel and accessoriesCompetitive compensation packageWORKING AT MAAPIn late ****, we made the move into our brand new open-plan office in Port Melbourne.
