Jellis Craig Real Estate – Mount Waverley VICAs our Property Management Floater, your primary responsibility will be providing portfolio coverage during staff leave, ensuring seamless continuity of service for our rental providers and renters.
When leave coverage is not required, you will assist the wider Property Management team with day-to-day tasks, inspections and general portfolio support.
Working at our Mount Waverley offices, you will play an important role in keeping our department running smoothly.Key responsibilitiesManage Property Management portfolios during annual leave, personal leave and other staff absencesOversee day-to-day Property Management responsibilities while providing temporary portfolio coverageConduct routine property inspections and complete accurate reports as requiredPrepare detailed entry and exit condition reportsAssist with maintenance requests,
