monitor program effectiveness and develop reports and recommendations to improve diversity and inclusion outcomes.Lead and support a small specialist team responsible for the delivery of diversity and inclusion initiatives.Selection CriteriaSignificant experience and/or qualifications in Human Resources, Diversity & Inclusion or a related discipline.Demonstrated experience developing and delivering organisation-wide D&I; strategies, programs, policies and initiatives.Solid stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills, with experience providing advice to senior leaders.On offer is a contract opportunity with a highly sought-after NSW Government department, with a highly competitive daily rate of up to$940 per day + Super.
